APA’s Russian bureau reports that on January 27, 45 year-old man threw "Molotov cocktail" into Azerbaijani businessman’s house. As a result, 2-year-old boy received severe burns and was hospitalized.

Azerbaijani businessman Parviz Huseynov told the details of the incident to APA’s Russian bureau: “I took 4000 rubles from the company "Rosdengi" in 2014 and paid 24.000 rubles, but the collector of the organization said that it’s not enough. The collector said that my debt is still 40 thousand rubles as interest. In this regard, I have several times appealed to the police. It had not any results. At the New Year's Eve they threw a brick through the window with a note stating that they will burn the house if I do not pay 40 000 rubles in five days".

Azerbaijani Diaspora in Ulyanovsk assists Parviz Huseynov’s family. Chairman of the regional branch of the All-Russian Azerbaijani Congress Islam Huseynov has promised to provide the necessary assistance to the family of H. Parviz.

Islam Huseynov said that now the boy is in hospital with burns of 2nd and 3rd degrees: "This family will be provided with material and moral support. In addition, we will assist in the prompt disclosure of the crime. We hope that law enforcement will soon reveal this crime".

According to him, at present, the case is under the personal control of the regional governor.
