"Leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia Vladimir Putin, Ilham Aliyev, and Nikol Pashinyan do not plan to hold a trilateral meeting within the framework of the CIS informal summit to be held in St. Petersburg, said Spokesperson of Russian President Dmitry Peskov, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
"No, there will not be a trilateral meeting, but bilateral contacts, surely, will take place within the framework of informal meeting. CIS leaders will be given the opportunity to speak one-on-one," said a Kremlin spokesperson.
