"Azerbaijani, Russian, and Armenian trilateral inter-parliamentary negotiations may be held this month," a source in Russian Federation Council told RIA Novosti, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
It has been noted that establishment of a negotiation group for inter-parliamentary dialogue between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be discussed in Federation Council in the coming weeks.
"Russian, Azerbaijani, and Armenian trilateral inter-parliamentary negotiations may be held soon. It is not exceptional that it will be held in November," noted the source.
