The Russian Federation will strongly respond to the hostile acts of Latvia, which has decided to lower the level of diplomatic relations, APA's Moscow bureau reports citing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
It was noted that the arguments brought by Latvia when deciding to lower the level of diplomatic relations are baseless and fabricated.
"Latvia tried to please the angry "friends" of Moscow with its decision on diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation," noted in the information of the Russian's MFA.
