Russian President Vladimir Putin will not go to the Pskov region – he will take part in the opening of the Titan-Polymer plant via video conferencing, APA reports citing News Russia Postsen.
According to the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov, the visit was canceled due to unfavorable flight weather conditions.
“Today he was supposed to fly to the Pskov region on a business trip, but in the end, due to flight conditions, this is not possible, so he will hold an event via videoconference from St. Petersburg, during which the launch of the Titan-Polymer plant will take place,” said Peskov.
At the new plant, it is planned to launch the production of polymer products used for pharmaceutical purposes and for the production of various types of packaging.
