"Despite sanitary and political restrictions, we get around to meeting with you regularly. These meetings and contacts yield good results," said Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Astana, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
"I should note that all agreements reached during your visit to Sochi in August of this year are implemented. Our colleagues in the government and companies realize all the mentioned plans," the Russian President stressed.
Putin also spoke about the construction of the Akkuyu NPP and added that the work at the NPP is underway according to plan and schedule, the first power unit will be commissioned for the 100th anniversary of the republic: "We plan to bring nuclear fuel in May of next year," Putin said.
