"Asia, where new power centers are growing, plays a major role in the transition to multipolar world order," said Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the 6th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
He has noted that Russia is doing everything to form an equal and indivisible security system.
"Russia is in favor of revising the principles of the global financial system. The current world financial system has allowed the "golden billion" on the planet to live at the expense of others," Putin said.
