Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkih counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan held phone talk, APA's Istanbul correspondent reports citing Presidency of Türkiye.
It's noted that duirng the phone talk activity of grain corridor, sending of flour made from grain transported to Türkiye from Russia, to African countries in need were discussed.
President Erdogan also highlighted that his country is ready to take on the role of mediator in the matter of ensuring permanent peace between Russia and Ukraine.

Putin and Erdogan also touched upon the normalization of Syria-Türkiye relations, the war in Ukraine and the exchange of prisoners, as well as exchange of injured persons.
The sides exchanged views on the establishment of a gas center in Türkiye.
