“Yerevan and Ankara should conduct not only negotiations but also take concrete steps for increasing the dynamics of the process,” said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the press conference, APA reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
He stressed the importance of the activity of both countries’ special envoys, the importance of direct negotiations with Erdogan, and expressed hope for the opening of the borders in near future: “The logistic importance of the region changes in terms of transport links plays a more important role. The opening of borders with Armenia and Turkiye, including the railway will be of global importance. As well as it will be significant in the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan, Iran and Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia.”
