He also noted that relations of a special privileged strategic partnership are developing with India, and ties with Brazil, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa are being strengthened.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador to China Igor Morgulov said that Russia and China have long begun to form an independent financial and banking infrastructure.
