Neither Russia nor the United States has so far suggested holding a meeting between US President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the latter’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday, APA reports citing TASS.
"As far as I know, there has been no initiative either from Russia or from the US to arrange a bilateral summit," Peskov said.
The Kremlin spokesman refused to comment on issues the two presidents could discuss during a potential meeting. "Let’s leave that to political scientists, we can only state now that there has been no initiative either from this side or from the Americans yet," he added.
