"Work is now underway on the issue of organization of an extraordinary session of the Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)," said the official representative of Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at today's briefing as a response to the question whether or not CSTO forces will be deployed in Armenia, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports.
According to her, leaders of member states of the CSTO are supposed to discuss results of work of the CSTO mission in Armenia at the planned extraordinary session of the organization via videoconferencing.
Zakharova has noted that CSTO leaders will review suggestions on joint measures regarding aid to Yerevan.
