The summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is being held in Bishkek, APA reports.
The summit has started in a limited format.
In addition to the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, the summit is attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon.
Participants in the meeting will discuss operational and combat readiness, improvements to the crisis response system, and joint measures in the field of CSTO’s information and analytical activities.
Armenia is not participating in the summit.
