The speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly, Alen Simonyan on Wednesday criticized the speech regardig the sotiation on Lachin road delivered by Russia’s Deputy UN Ambassador Anna Evstigneeva at the UN Security Council meeting on Tuesday, APA reports citing Panoram.am.
Speaking to reporters in the parliament on Wednesday, Alen Simonyan insisted that Russia, an ally of Armenia, “could have made a more direct call”.
He underscored that more direct calls were made by “countries that don’t have close relations with Armenia”.
“I am not surprised after the latest developments,” the speaker claimed.
