The Armenian police have switched to a strengthened working regime in Kirants village of Tavush district, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia released information, APA reports.
It was reported that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia is implementin demining works in the territory of Kirants village of Tavush district and Kheyrimli village of Gazakh district based on the geodetic measurements of expert groups in order to clarify the coordinates of the state border.
"Police provide enhanced service in demining zones to prevent civilians from entering mined areas and ensure their safety," noted in the information.
