“Armenia and Russia do not “speak same language”, they have differences of opinion,” said the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan in his interview with Argentinian Todos Noticias publication, APA reports.
“Cooperation between states covers various fields, good relations are maintained in the field of security. However, it’s also fact that today we have different opinions. The existing problems in relations with Russia should not be hidden,” – Armenian official noted.
The Minister also touched on Armenia's relations with NATO: “Yerevan is in mutual relations with the alliance, but has no plans to join the organization, this matter is not on the agenda."
