Armenia has no intention of leaving CSTO - Russian Ambassador

"Armenia has no intention of leaving the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO)," said Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin in his interview with TASS, APA reports.

The Ambassador noted that Armenia’s withdrawal from the CSTO is not on the agenda despite the fact that its representatives do not participate in the meetings of the Organization:

“We pay attention to the official statements of the Armenian leadership firstly, therefore, matter of Armenia's withdrawal from the Organization is not on the agenda at the moment. As it’s known, Armenia will chair the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) next year,” the diplomat added.
