Armenia did not boycott the meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan in Moscow, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said in an interview to Public Television, APA reports.
"Armenia has not taken such a step to create a crisis," the Secretary of the Security Council answered the question of whether Armenia could experience a crisis in relations with Russia by not participating in the meeting of ministers.
Recalled that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan did not participate in the meeting of the heads of foreign affairs of Russia and Azerbaijan.
Lavrov reacted rather harshly to Mirzoyan's decision at a bilateral meeting in Moscow.
