Russia has refused to participate in the agreement on Russian-Armenian University operating in Yerevan, according to the order of the Cabinet of the Ministers published on Russia’s official law information portal, APA’s Moscow correspondent reports.
The order reads that notification to be sent the Armenian side of the intention not to be a party to the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia on the activities of the Russian-Armenian University in Yerevan.
