Moscow has heard US statements about returning to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Iran’s nuclear program and will welcome the move, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said at a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif on Tuesday, APA reports citing TASS.
"We have heard many statements from Joe Biden’s team, which concern his foreign policy plans. These statements particularly mentioned plans to return to compliance with the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. If it happens, we will certainly welcome it," Lavrov pointed out.
