44 countries support the creation of a special tribunal to investigate and prosecute the crime of Russian aggression against Ukraine, and the Netherlands has offered to host it, APA reports citing ​​​Ukrainian National News.

In the declaration following the conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine," the signatory states emphasized that they "remain committed to the establishment of a special tribunal to investigate and prosecute the crime of aggression against Ukraine.

Also, 44 countries welcomed the proposal of the Netherlands to host such a special tribunal.

The final document has now been signed: Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, and the United States, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, the Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
