"A new order is being formed in the region now," President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan said while returning from Iraq as he answered journalists' question regarding the so called "Armenian genocide", APA reports.
He noted that instead of acting on the fictitious historical stories, which have no connection to reality, it is always better to act on the basis of realities of time.
"Pashinyan also understands it now," Erdogan added.
According to the Turkish President, they have talked very clearly about this issue and have opened their archives: "Now is the time to create new road maps. I hope that Armenia will be freed from the darkness that the disaspora has enslaved them in. Opportunities doors are never left open forever. If it remains open, it should be used well. In this process, not only the diaspora, but also others are trying to influence Armenia, as you are watching. We are aware of these. We also warned from time to time. I hope Armenia will choose the right way and a new era starts."
