European countries should be ready to continue helping Ukraine, even if the United States reduces its support, said the US President's special envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, in an interview with The Telegraph newspaper, APA reports.
"It's better to be prepared. I don't think America will completely abandon [support], but it's better for Europe to stand firm," Kellogg said.
According to him, at the moment, European states are practically self-sufficient in the issue of military support for Ukraine.
