An illegal religious complex has been revealed in Alat settlement of Garadagh district of Baku, the Azerbaijani State Security Service told APA.
The complex was revealed by the State Security Service in the course of joint measures with the Interior Ministry and the State Committee for Work with Religious Affairs.
"Children were involved in religious rites in the complex secretly created by followers of non-traditional religious movements. Numerous forbidden books promoting religious discrimination were found in the unregistered complex which was essentially an unregistered "mosque", the State Security Service noted.
All the violations were documented, and the complex was shut down.
