Baku – APA. On January 15, singers wishing to represent Azerbaijan in the Eurovision-2014 Song Contest started to compete in the super-casting of the “Big Stage” project.
Public Relations Department of the Public Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (ITV) told APA that in this stage, those who have succeeded in preliminary audition will demonstrate their vocal and stage abilities again.
This time they will perform in before a jury composed of professionals.
People over 16 can participate in this contest. 12 participants of the final show of the “Big Stage” will be selected in this stage. The “Big Stage” contest will last for 7 weeks and present two different, colorful and dynamic semifinal and final shows. The winner of the project, who will represent Azerbaijan in the Eurovision-2014 song contest, will be selected on March 2. The “Big Stage” contest held with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports will be important in terms of the professional activity of young talents. From January 27, ITV will broadcast a series of programs in this regard.
