In Paris, the capital of France, at the Cultural Center of the Embassy of Azerbaijan, a commemorative event dedicated to the memory of the Khojaly genocide victims was held under the organization of the Association Dialogue France-Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Ambassador Leyla Abdullayeva, delivering a speech at the commemoration event, informed the participants about the Khojaly genocide. The diplomat expressed deep gratitude to the representatives of the French public for their participation in the memorial event dedicated to the memory of the victims of the Khojaly genocide.
Then a documentary film called "Temple of Tortures, Shusha Prison" was shown, which is about the horrible deprivations suffered by 3 Azerbaijani prisoners who were captured by Armenian armed forces and kept in Shusha prison during the First Garabagh War.
French scientists, journalists, lawyers, representatives of the local community participated in the commemoration event dedicated to the memory of Khojaly genocide victims.
