APA-Economics reports that Turkey imported 406.466 milion kWh of energy from Greece, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan in January 2017. Turkey paid $25.88 million for this. Most of energy was imported from Bulgaria. In January-June 2016, Turkey imported 1,883,742,000 kWh of energy from Greece, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan.
In the first half of 2017, Turkey paid $22,048,172 for import of 456.446 million kWh of energy from Bulgaria. Azerbaijan exported 138.905 million kWh of energy (+66.525 million kWh from previous year) worth $10,153,581 to Turkey.
