Elchin Farajov, chief of the investigation department of the Masalli district police office, told APA that they received information of an armed assault on a filling station in the Sarchuvar village on January 14.
Based on the information, an operational group was created. As a result of immediate operations, Ilgar Jalalzade, a 24-year-old resident of the Chakhirli village, was detained.
Investigative actions made it clear that Jalal had assaulted the same filling station last year too, getting away with AZN 700.
Moreover, he has been found guilty of robbing another filling station in the Musakucha village on January 4, taking AZN 300 from the station.
The fact is under investigation.
