Petr Pavel, President of the Czech Republic has sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on his election as President, APA reports.
The letter reads:
"His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Your Excellency,
Allow me to extend my congratulations on your re-election as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Czech Republic and Azerbaijan have a long history of close relations and friendship. I believe we will continue to deepen and develop them together not only for the benefit of our two countries, but also for the sake of peace and stability on our continent.
I would like to wish you, Mr. President, sound health and a lot of success in your professional and private life."
