The Ankara Police Office’s anti-terror forces have obtained information of an Azerbaijan man having come from Azerbaijan to Ankara and planned to enter Syria to join ISIL. Police detained 49-year-old Bekir Qalibov at the Esenboga airport and probed him. He was found carrying a bulletproof vest, medical supplies, medicines, and injectors. He was taken into police custody. He is expected to be deported to Azerbaijan.
