One year has passed since establishment of Lachin border checkpoint, APA reports.
A border checkpoint was established in start of Lachin-Khankendi highway, on border with Armenia, in sovereign territory of Azerbaijan by units of State Border Service units of the Republic of Azerbaijan at 00:00 a.m on April 23, 2023.
National flag of the Republic of Azerbaijan was raised in the newly-established border checkpoint and President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev made a speech from the border checkpoint.
As President Ilham Aliyev noted, April 23 means full restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.
