Consultant of Nota Bene newspaper Feremez Novruzoglu after the court proceeding held yesterday started hunger strike, founder of the newspaper Ilham Tumas told the APA.
Mr. Tumas said Feremez Novruolglu demands to meet with Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Arthur Lenk, representative of OSCE Baku Office and UN representative to Azerbaijan.
Novruzoglu got two-year sentence and Serdar Elibeyli 1year and 6months suspended imprisonment on the claims of Azerbaijan’s Interior Minister Ramil Usubov and chief of the State Committee for Azeris Living Abroad Nazim Ibrahimov. /APA/
