Seventy-five percent of the construction of the Horadiz–Aghband railway line, an important link of the Zangezur corridor, has been completed, Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev said at the 24th meeting of the Azerbaijan-Russia Intergovernmental Commission, APA’s correspondent dispatched to Zangilan reports.
He noted that construction work on the Horadiz–Aghband railway line is planned to be completed in 2028.
“The current implementation level of the project is approximately 75%. The main construction works have already been completed,” Shahin Mustafayev added.
