Number of human remains found in mass grave in Khojaly reached 13

The remains of people in the mass grave discovered in Khojaly reached 13, the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan said, APA reports.

It was noted that investigation is underway in the Department of Criminalistics and Information Technology of the Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan about the discovery of massive human remains on February 21 which were buried during the excavations carried out as part of the significant restoration and construction works in the center of the liberated city of Khojaly (near the former carpet factory).

As a result of the inspection and investigation carried out in the mentioned area, human remains belonging to 3 more people were discovered today, thus, it was determined that the human remains in the mass grave belong to at least 13 people, and they were subjected to inhumane treatment and physical violence.
