It was reported that by the decision of the Khazar District Court, Elnur Mammadov was ordered to be arrested for a period of 3 months.

A father who physically abused his daughter has been detained by police officers in Azerbaijan, the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told APA.
The footage shared on social media has been investigated.
"It was determined that the act was committed by the resident of the Turkan settlement of Baku city Elnur Mammadov, born in 1983.
A criminal case has been initiated into the fact under the relevant article of the Criminal Code. E. Mammadov was detained as the suspect. Investigations are ongoing," Ministry said.
