The next trial was held on the criminal case of Emin Aliyarov, Rashad Ahmadov, Azer Sarijanov, Elshad Asgarov, and Sabuhi Shirinov, who were detained in connection with the attempted assassination of Member of Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Fazil Mustafa, APA reports.
Noted that the next trial was held today at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes under the chairmanship of judge Elnur Nuriyev.
Fazil Mustafa, the victim in the process, applied to the court. He confirmed the statement given by the State Security Service of Azerbaijan in the main investigation department.
Judges made a consultant on the spot and added the application to the case documents.
