Court of Appeals continues Eynulla Fetullayev’s trial
“In the letter sent by Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov to Ramil Usubov in 2002 there is information about his doubts concerning Azer Ismayilov’s assassination by Kamil Sadraddinov and Zakir Garalov. Also the letter sent by National Security Minister Namig Abbasov to Ramil Usubov gives information about the gang. Though we presented these documents to court, they have not been considered while passing the decision, he said.
The judge asked to present those documents to court in the next trial. The next trial set on December 15.
It should be noted that, the editor-in-chief was sentenced to two years in jail on Ramil Usubov’s charge. Article called “Antibiotic’s Bankruptcy published in Fetullayev’s newspaper caused it. The minister claims that the article insults his honour and dignity. /APA/
