Moscow and Baku are conducting a substantive dialogue for the early return of Russian citizens to the Russian Federation, said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, APA reports.

Zakharova recalled that the Russian journalists arrested in Baku - Igor Kartavikh, Director General of Sputnik Azerbaijan, and Yevgeny Belousov, Editor-in-Chief - were returned to Russia.
The Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman said that the Russian Embassy has once again appealed to Baku for specialized medical assistance and a meeting with Dmitry Fyodorov, who is being held in Baku.
