Zakharova accused Armenia: No need to think of new constructions by involving the third, fifth and tenth parties

"It is necessary to implement the agreements reached. This is a guarantee itself," said Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova as she responded to an Armenian reporter’s question “Russian side offers Khankandi to hold talks with official Baku on the territory of Azerbaijan. Who guarantees the safety of Armenians living in Garabagh”, APA reports.

Zakharova said that the answer to this question is very simple: "If there was an agreement on something, moreover, if signatures were signed, moreover, if these signatures were signed at a high level, it should be implemented. There is no need to come up with new constructions by involving third parties, not the third, but the fifth, tenth parties... There are agreements, that need to be implemented. This is a guarantee itself."

The spokeswoman of the Russian Ministry reminded that there is a cardinal change in the position of the Armenian leadership on the main issue: "The position of the Armenian leadership on the main issue has changed cardinally. Moreover, regarding the issue that is fundamental for Yerevan... This is Yerevan's issue and it is their internal decision."
