Date and agenda of PACE spring session announced

Agenda of the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to be held on April 23-27, have been announced, APA reported.

PACE will discuss the fight against organized crime through the confiscation of illegal assets, the funding of the terrorist group Daesh as well as legal and human rights challenges related to hybrid war. Have also been tabled requests for urgent debate on "Rising anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and xenophobia in Europe: a threat to European values" and current affairs debate on "Illegal elections of the President of the Russian Federation on the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea: human rights violation".

The Foreign Ministers of "the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia" and Luxembourg will address the Assembly and answer questions.

The Azerbaijani delegation will also attend the session.
