“Organization of Turkic States is the most important format of our cooperation. On the other side we take effective steps with Azerbaijan within the framework of various mechanisms,” said Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu at the press conference on Azerbaijan, Turkiye and Turkmenistan summit, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.
According to him, energy is an essential part of the cooperation among the three countries.
“We transport Azerbaijan’s natural gas to Europe via South Caucasus Gas Pipeline and TANAP. We are ready to take joint steps in the issue of Turkmenistan's natural gas in a way that will benefit the three countries, and we have decided to create a working group in this regard,” Cavusoglu noted.
