Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov expressed his opinion on whether the peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be signed by the end of the year, APA reports.
The top diplomat said that the negotiation process has two components: "One is physical meetings, and that's important. Currently, the main focus of the Azerbaijani delegation is on the COP. For this reason, it is impossible to have physical meetings before December.
December or January is another matter. There is no concrete agreement on this yet. Apart from the physical meetings, the work on the document continues and this work has not stopped yet."
