On 22-23 August, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a visit to Azerbaijan, APA reports citing the press service of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan.
At the invitation of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the program of the state visit of the Uzbek President to Azerbaijan aims to hold of high-level talks and other events with the participation of the heads of the two countries.
The agenda includes issues of further deepening the Uzbek-Azerbaijani relations of strategic partnership and expansion of practical cooperation in priority areas.
Within the visit, the sides plan to adopt a package of bilateral agreements.
