The TRIPP initiative being developed between Armenia and Azerbaijan with U.S. mediation will further strengthen the Black Sea region, said Alan Purcell, the Acting U.S. Ambassador to Georgia, at a conference held in Tbilisi within the framework of the Black Sea Platform, APA’s local bureau reports.
He also spoke about the importance of the Middle Corridor. He noted that the United States continues to support Georgia and the entire region in this direction with concrete investments, including making a significant contribution to the development of the new Poti Sea Port and presenting Georgia’s transit potential to American businesses.
