The U.S. Chamber of Commerce plans to expand its activities in Azerbaijan, said Khush Choksy, Senior Vice President, International Member Relations and Senior Vice President, Middle East and Türkiye at the US Chamber of Commerce, during a meeting with journalists, APA reports.
According to him, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the world’s largest business association and operates on a global scale.
Khush Choksy noted that the South Caucasus and Central Asia are regions of growing importance for American companies. He added that the Chamber’s activities in Azerbaijan began two years ago, when a delegation was brought to the country within the framework of the COP.
The Senior Vice President emphasized that Azerbaijan successfully organized the COP and that, alongside traditional energy sources, which the world still needs, special attention was also given to renewable energy sources during the event.
