Turkish MFA: Shusha declaration is a peak of Azerbaijani-Turkish relations

“About 302 agreements have been signed between Turkey and Azerbaijan on bilateral relations. Shusha declaration on allied relations is a peak of these agreements, relations,” said Turkish Deputy FM Yavuz Selim Kiran at the 30th anniversary of the restoration of Azerbaijani-Turkish relations conference, APA’s Turkey bureau reports.

He stressed that the two countries are not satisfied with this, and that Turkey and Azerbaijan contributed to the transformation of the South Caucasus into a peaceful region.

“There were many efforts for liberation of Azerbaijani lands from the occupation. We expected our problems would be solved by others. As Turkey and Azerbaijan, as always we waited because we believed international law. But, unfortunately, this occupation lasted for years as no sincerity and will put forward,” said Deputy Minister.
