Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye Mevlut Cavusoglu, who is on a visit to Jabrayil, has commented on OSCE's sending a "needs-assessment Mission" to Armenia, APA reports.
Turkish FM told journalists that there should be a consensus here: "Adoption of such a decision without a decision of Azerbaijan, getting the consent of Azerbaijan is contrary to OSCE's working principles. Such spontaneous decisions should be avoided. We see it as a personal decision. It is not an OSCE mission. Because the ways and mechanisms of decision-making in the OSCE are clear. The issue can not be resolved with such decisions. If we want sustainable peace, there should be sincere steps and sincere support from international organizations here. It cannot be done with unilateral steps."
