Speaking next, Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov said that the brotherly ties between Türkiye and Azerbaijan are getting stronger every day.
“These relations are developing on the basis of the principle of “One nation, two states” bequeathed to us by the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev and the principle of “Azerbaijan’s joy is our joy, its sorrow is our sorrow” expressed by the founder of the Republic of Türkiye, a great friend of Azerbaijan and statesman Mustafa Kemal Ataturk,” the minister noted.
