Next Turkic World Culture Forum will be held in Azerbaijan under the organization of TÜRKSOY, Secretary General of TÜRKSOY Sultan Raev told APA’s Turkiye bureau.
The forum is planned to take place in April 2026. Discussions are underway regarding the host locations, with the cities of Sheki and Nakhchivan being considered:
“Azerbaijan is one of the leading, locomotive countries within TÜRKSOY. We are planning to implement many projects in Azerbaijan. As part of the Turkic World Culture Forum to be held in April 2026, there are also interesting projects planned, such as the screening of animated films.”
Sultan Raev added that, in addition to the Forum, the organization of various cultural events covering different cities of Azerbaijan is also planned.
