On July 25, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold trilateral and bilateral talks with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan in Moscow, APA reports citing Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
It was noted that the heads of the foreign policy departments of the three countries will discuss ways to de-escalate the situation around Karabakh and intensify the implementation of the tripartite agreements of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia dated November 9, 2020, January 11, November 26, 2021 and October 31, 2022.
Special attention will be paid to the preparation of a peace agreement between Baku and Yerevan, and to finding ways to solve the remaining issues for which Russia is ready to provide maximum assistance.
The ministers will also discuss other main issues of Azerbaijan-Armenia normalization, including the opening of transport communications in the region, delimitation of the Azerbaijan-Armenia border, contacts with the public and experts, and the initiation of parliamentarian dialogue.
During the bilateral talks with Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan, it is planned to focus on the discussion of current issues of the Russia-Azerbaijan and Russia-Armenia agendas in the political, trade, economic and humanitarian spheres.
